CAPTAIN SCARLET REPLICA FROM BIG CHIEF - PREORDER  - Added September 7, 2017

Announced at the New York Toy Fair back in February 2017, the Captain Scarlet replica,  from the classic 'Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons' TV show is now available for preorder!  

In celebration of the series' 50th anniversary year, this sixth scale replica figure is produced in a worldwide numbered limited edition of 2000 copies only, featuring the most faithfully re-produced character likeness of the characters.  The replica has 30 points of articulations, a pair of hands with poseable and bendables fingers, and moveable eyes.

 
The authentically styled and tailored costume and accessories include:

• Spectrum officer jersey and trousers;

• Belt with holster;

• Spectrum Officer Pistol

• Wristwatch

• Boots with realistic faux leather;

• Captain Scarlet's personalised red Spectrum officer tunic with light-up shoulder epaulettes;

• Red Spectrum officer cap with clear visor and flip down microphone.

 The figure comes with a unique, personalised display base with illuminating feature.

All this comes in a beautifully drawn box featuring drawings by Lee Sullivan.

Pre-order throughtout the 50th Anniversary month of September and choose to pay via payment plan, or pay in full, and you will receive two exclusive art prints featuring the specially commissioned box art by artist Lee Sullivan. The prints entitled "Perilous Flight" and "Volcanic Catastrophe" will be shipped out in advance of the figure to those customers who have pre-ordered October time. For-pre-orders recieved after September, customers will recieve a single print ("Volcanic Catastrophe").

Captain Black "Renegade Rocket" Limited Edition Figurine

Sculpted by Mike Rogers, each Captain Black 'Renegade Rocket'  is a 9 inches tall, handed-painted ceramic resin figurine.  Each exclusive piece  is a limited edition of only 200 pieces worldwide, hand-numbered on the base with a unique edition number and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity!

SPECIAL 50TH EDITION SPECTRUM SALOON CAR - Added September 7, 2017

Just in time for the 50th anniversary,  the UK branch of Corgi announced the release of a brand new special edition rerelease of "Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons" Spectrum Saloon Car.

This model of the classic, very recognisable red patrol car - the SSC -   will come in a commemorative packaging.

Please note that, from the UK Corgi site, this product is only available to the following territories: UK and Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.  However, for other countries,  you probably can expect collector's shops to be able to aquire this special item. 

The special edition SSC is available since November 2017.

SPECTRUM HOVERCRAFT MODEL AVAILABLE 

In February 2018, Planet Replicas released their brand new Spectrum Hovercraft model!

A Konami-like model, the Spectrum Hovercraft  had never been made before. This unique vehicle appeared only once in the Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons TV series, in the episode 'Traitor'.  Its unique, very beautiful design had made it a fan favourite vehicle.  It is now your chance to acquire one of the 1000 copies of this model for your collection.

The small model, made of metal and resin, of an approximated size of 100mm, and weighting only 55gr is the first in a series of new models that Planet Replicas intends to create in the coming months.
