The 50th anniversary of Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons is celebrated in this lavish, full-colour hardback. Here is the definitive story of the television classic, told by the people who made the series and illustrated with a wealth of previously unpublished images, including new shots of the original puppets, studio models and vintage merchandise. Released in October 2017, the book is written by Chris Bentley, who previously wrote and collaborated on many Gerry Anderson related books, including "The Complete Book of Captain Scarlet", in 2001. Published by Signum Books - which also published in 2013, Shane Rimmer's autobiography "From Thunderbirds to Pterodactyls" - the "Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons Vault" book is a hefty hardcover of 208 pages. It is definitely a superb addition to any Captain Scarlet fan's collection. Available at Amazon.co.uk. |
