An essential part of any Spectrum's agent kit, the Spectra-Tech is the a multifonction tranceiver and detection device worn by every agent in the field. It resembles a portable phone, but is capable of many other functions as well.

It is linked to Spectrum Net so that the field agents can communicate with Skybase and in turn can be used to locate vehicles and agents.

The back of the enamelled section lift up so to access a slot where the user can insert SIM cards or tracking devices to access data or trace calls.

When put away, it is folded into a more compact form, but when open, its screen deploys to display more data, such as maps or scan results. It can be used to scan for explosives, act as a compass, has heat-seeking capabilities and... can be used as a phone!

It is normally kept in the unity belt pouch at the back of the uniform.
